The College has its own medical unit and Psychological Counseling Centre. In the Medical unit, students and staff of the college can check up their health and get free medical advice and medicines at a concessional rate. Students are also offered psychological counseling by professional psychologists from the Psychological Counseling Centre. The Medical Unit often organizes various “Social Outreach Programmes” along with the students of the college. A proposal of extension and promotion of preventive and curative health services in the college in collaboration with Medical College, Kolkata is under consideration.
