We always try to developing the communication and interpersonal skills of an individual student by our special learning process. Apart from equipping students with the knowledge and hard skill, soft skills development is an integral part of our curriculum. Through soft skills programmes our students are trained to establish good decision making,team work, collaboration and time management etc. e.g.,

1. Beside departmental time-table we arrange some special classes for mentoring our students.
2. Periodically discuss how well the class is doing during the course of the semester .
3. Encourage students to write; require drafts of work.
4. Use email regularly to encourage and inform.
5. Encourage students to prepare to gather for classes or exams.
6. Ask students to discuss key concepts with other students.
7. Ask students to present their work to the class.
8. Consider using compute assisted instruction as appropriate.
9. Set up helpful study guideline.
10. We encourage our students through Viva to learn how to give professional interviews.
